Learning & Development Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Specialist passionate about fostering a strong growth culture. If you enjoy analyzing learning needs, facilitating engaging sessions, and creating modern, bite-sized learning content (videos, modules), we want to connect with you!
In this role, you will handle the full spectrum of L&D—from conducting learning needs analysis and designing curriculums to facilitating training and ensuring operational excellence in program execution.
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in L&D (High-potential Fresh Graduates are welcome!).
- Proficient in Training Facilitation and Learning Needs Analysis.
