Service Quality Training with ERHA & Dermies Max by ERHA Operational Team - 13 May 2024
Guestology knowledge is important, especially in the beauty industry. Therefore, ERHA and Dermies Max by ERHA are organizing Guestology service concepts training, aiming to enhance service quality in clinic operations. The training held at Tebu Hotel Bandung for two days and was attended by Leaders & Staff from 10 ERHA Clinics in area 3 and 2 Dermies Max clinics in the Bandung region.
This event is organized by the Learning & Development Department and the Customer Experience Management Department of ERHA Clinic Group Indonesia. It includes several activities such as Guestology In Beauty by CEM, Frequently Asked Questions, Potluck Party, Guestology In Action, Relaxing Repose, Cheers & Smile.
